This is a compilation of some of the photos I took that I chose not to paint.

Saint Chapelle, while beautiful, felt a bit too monochrome, and I was not confident that I would be able to properly imitate the stained glass.


Both of these compositions from Notre Dame were too monochrome for my tastes.

The staircase from the opera house was also too intricate and monochrome for me.

While this fountain is beautiful, it didn’t have the same level of grandeur that the Royal Chapel did.

Even though the angle is interesting and the lighting is good, it just felt basic.
